Nedko Ivanov

CEO

Nedko joined CBNG in October 2024 bringing 30+ years international experience in the hi-tech sector gained within blue-chip multinationals and VC-backed businesses. Prior to joining CBNG, Nedko was a CEO of several start-ups and scale-ups that brought new innovative products to market with major global OEMs and lead them through successful acquisitions by global tech companies.

Mark Hanman

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Mark joined CBNL in 2007 and since then has driven multiple product development programmes, transferred manufacturing to China and run the customer support department. Now Mark is responsible for all operational areas and is passionate about bringing new mmWave solutions to the 5G FWA market.

Prior to CBNL, Mark held manufacturing and project management roles at Amino Communications, Lynx Printing, Option Wireless and Philips Consumer Communications.

Joe Burnett

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Joe joined CBNG in February 2024. Prior to this, Joe worked in financial advisory for Teneo (previously Deloitte) across a range of sectors, both in the UK and overseas. There he specialised in supporting management teams during complex turnarounds and restructurings. He is a qualified chartered accountant and CFA charterholder.

Paul Wright

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Paul joined Cambridge Broadband in 2003. He has worked in customer facing roles in technical support, design and planning and consulting before moving into regional office general management, global sales leadership and is now responsible for all aspects of revenue generation. Paul has been in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years previously working with Ericsson and Hughes Network Systems.

Justin Clark

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Justin Clark has over 25 years' experience in the wireless communications industry having held senior positions in R&D and Applications engineering at CSR, Qualcomm and Sierra Wireless. He joined CBNG in 2020 as a consultant systems architect to drive the definition of the new 5G product line. A RF & HW engineer at heart, Justin has successfully contributed to multiple product developments over the years including cellular handsets and base-stations, power amplifiers, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi transceivers and wireless modules. Justin has an honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
